Delivery Options Overview

From our website, our customer care representative will confirm by phone within 24 hours of your order (excluding Fridays and holidays). You will receive your order within 24-48 hours of phone confirmation.

We provide home delivery all over Bangladesh within 48-72 hours. We do not accept any advance charges at the time of product order. We do not even take courier charges in advance.

Moreover, we have instant return policy. While the delivery man is present, you will open and check and receive the goods in front of the delivery man. The delivery man will wait for you. But must check in front of delivery man. If you have any doubts after checking, let us know and return it to the delivery man if necessary. You don't have to pay delivery charges for this

For small Parcels

We provide nationwide home delivery at affordable charges. For small parcels our delivery charge is upto 1kg,
--80 Taka inside Dhaka
- Tk 130 to any part of the country outside Dhaka

For Large Parcels

Our delivery may vary by weight. Our charges within Dhaka will be added at the rate of Tk 80 for the 1st kg and Tk 20 per kg thereafter. That means the charge for a parcel weighing 3 kg will be 80+20+20=120 taka.
Similarly, our home delivery charges outside Dhaka will increase by Tk 130 and Tk 30 per kg thereafter.

Product Return Policy

We accept two types of product returns.

Firstly, we have an immediate product return system if there is any problem after checking the product in front of the delivery man. In this case, the customer does not have to pay any notification charges.

Secondly, Secondly, if a customer wants to return the product while the product is still in receipt after receiving the product, we will accept the product return. But in this case the customer has to do the courier at his own risk. A fixed charge will be added for delivery and packaging. After couriering we will take steps to return the customer's money to the customer along with showing the courier slip.

At least one product is missing -

There is a provision to return such parcels or the customer can receive the parcels, excluding the missing goods, subject to payment of the remaining goods.

পণ্য ডেলিভারির ধরন

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে, আপনার অর্ডারের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মাঝে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার প্রতিনিধি ফোন দিয়ে কনফার্ম করবেন (সাপ্তাহিক ছুটির দিন শুক্রবার ব্যাতীত)। ফোনে কনফার্ম হওয়ার ২৪-৪৮ ঘন্টার মাঝে আপনি আপনার অর্ডারটি হাতে পেয়ে যাবেন।

৪৮-৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে সারা বাংলাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারী দিচ্ছি। পন্য অর্ডারের সময় আমরা কোনো অগ্রীম চার্জ গ্রহন করি না। এমনকি কুরিয়ার চার্জও আমরা অগ্রীম নিচ্ছি না।

তাছাড়া আমাদের রয়েছে তাৎক্ষনিক রিটার্ন পলিসি। ডেলিভারী ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় আপনি ডেলিভারী ম্যানের সামনেই পন্য খুলে চেক করে রিসিভ করবেন। ডেলিভারী ম্যান আপনার জন্য অপেক্ষা করবে। তবে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারী ম্যানের সামনে চেক করতে হবে। চেক করার পর আপনার সন্দেহ হলে আমাদের জানাবেন এবং প্রয়োজনে ডেলিভারী ম্যানের কাছেই রিটার্ন করে দিবেন। এর জন্য আপনাকে ডেলিভারী চার্জ দিতে হবে না

ছোট পার্সেলের ক্ষেত্রে

আমরা সারাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারী দিচ্ছি সাশ্রয়ী চার্জে। ছোট পার্সেলের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের ডেলিভারী চার্জ সর্বোচ্চ ১ কেজি পর্যন্ত,
- ঢাকার ভিতরে ৮০ টাকা
- ঢাকার বাইরে দেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে ১৩০ টাকা
- শুধু মাত্র গাজীপুরে চার্জ ৬০ টাকা

বড় পার্সেলের ক্ষেত্রে

ওজন অনুযায়ী আমাদের ডেলিভারী ভিন্ন হতে পারে। ঢাকার ভিতরে আমাদের চার্জ ১ম কেজি ৮০ টাকা এবং পরবর্তীতে কেজি প্রতি ২০ টাকা হারে যোগ হবে। অর্থ্যাৎ ৩ কেজি ওজনের একটা পার্সেলের চার্জ হবে ৮০+২০+২০=১২০ টাকা ।
একই ভাবে ঢাকার বাইরে আমাদের হোম ডেলিভারী চার্জ ১৩০ টাকা এবং পরবর্তী কেজি প্রতি ৩০ টাকা হারে বাড়বে।

পন্য রিটার্নের নিয়ম

আমরা দুই ধরনের পন্য রিটার্ন নিই।

প্রথমত, ডেলিভারী ম্যানের সামনে পন্য চেক করে কোনো সমস্যা মনে হলে, তাৎক্ষনিক পন্য রিটার্ন ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে আমাদের। এক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে কোনো রকম বারতি চার্জ দিতে হবে না।

দ্বিতীয়ত, পন্য রিসিভের পর পন্য ইন্টেক থাকা অবস্থাতেই কোনো গ্রাহক যদি পন্য রিটার্ন করতে চায়, তবে আমরা পন্য রিটার্ন নেওয়া হবে । তবে এক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে তার নিজ দায়িত্বে কুরিয়ার করতে হবে। ডেলিভারী এবং প্যাকেজিং বাবদ একটা নির্দিষ্ট চার্জ যুক্ত হবে। কুরিয়ার করার পর কুরিয়ার স্লিপ দেখানোর সাথে আমরা গ্রাহকের টাকা গ্রাহকের কাছে ফেরত পাঠানোর পদক্ষেপ নিব।

কমপক্ষে একটি পন্য অনুপস্থিত আছে -

এমন পার্সেল রিটার্ন করে দেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে অথবা গ্রাহক চাইলে , অনুপস্থিত থাকা পন্য বাদ দিয়ে, বাকী পন্যের টাকা পরিশোধ করা সাপেক্ষে পার্সেল রিসিভ করতে পারবেন।

আপনার অর্ডারটি ৩ কর্মদিবসের মাঝে আপনার কাছে না পৌছালে সরাসরি আমাদের হট লাইন নাম্বারে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং সমস্যা টির কথা জানান। আমরা দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা নিব।

আপনারা কি সরকারি ছুটির দিনেও ডেলিভারি করেন?

শুক্রবার ব্যাতীত সপ্তাহে ৬ দিনই আমাদের ওয়ার হাউজ থেকে পার্সেল বুকিং দেওয়া হয়। পার্সেল বুকিং এর ২৪-৪৮ ঘণ্টার মাঝে আপনি অর্ডারটি হাতে পেয়ে যাবেন। এবং সেই সাথে যেকোনো ছুটির দিনও আপনার অর্ডারটি হাতে পেয়ে যাবেন। তবে বিশেষ কারনে ডেলিভারী সেবা বন্ধ থাকলে, গ্রাহকদের ইনফর্ম করে দেওয়া হবে।

আপনারা কি আমার বাসার ঠিকানায় অর্ডার ডেলিভারি করেন?

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে গ্রাহক পর্যায়ে হোম ডেলিভারী দিয়ে থাকি। তবে একদম গ্রাম পর্যায়ে যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা ভঙুর থাকলে আমরা শহর পর্যায় পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারী সেবা দিয়ে থাকি।
